Narrative:

First officer was flying and winds were quite high variable from 220-260 degrees at 25 KTS, gusting to 30 KTS. After gear extended and flaps at 20 degrees, received a trailing edge light and trailing edge flaps disagreement icas message. Flaps stopped at 20 degrees indicated. Executed a go around and completed the trailing edge flaps disagreement checklist in the flight/C section of operations manual. I requested crash fire rescue equipment stand by for precautionary reasons. Uneventful landing.
