Multiple runway changes prior to departure, failed to notice the restr to cross the cri R176 2 DME at or above 2500 ft. PF also failed to lead the turn to the R176 over cri VOR so a significant deviation from the radial occurred.

Title: ALT HDG TRACK POS DEV ON SID DEP PROC. RWY CHANGE IN PROGRESS. ALT XING RESTR NOT MET.
Narrative: MULTIPLE RWY CHANGES PRIOR TO DEP, FAILED TO NOTICE THE RESTR TO CROSS THE CRI R176 2 DME AT OR ABOVE 2500 FT. PF ALSO FAILED TO LEAD THE TURN TO THE R176 OVER CRI VOR SO A SIGNIFICANT DEV FROM THE RADIAL OCCURRED.
