Narrative:

Location: G446. Northbound just south of jains. Northbound on G446 between hunky and jains the omega was inadvertently uncoupled from the autoplt and heading hold became the lateral mode in the FMA. None of the crew members noticed the FMA change. A turn back on course was accomplished prior to position was N31 21.7 west 077 14.4 or about 15 mi west of jains. No conflict noted by ZJX. Contributing factors for me were fatigue, low flight time in the last 2 months due to reserve status, and a flight attendant in the cockpit.
