Narrative:

I was on a ferry flight from hgr to mtn after the installation of a new GPS. I was attempting to navigation by the GPS, but was unfamiliar with it. To the best of my knowledge, I was outside the bwi class B, but when I arrived downwind for landing at mtn, I was advised that 'bwi called and said I had passed through the class B.' if this was true I could only have passed through the very outer edge.
