Narrative:

Flight from sat to mem at FL330 cruise altitude. Copilot was PF. Cleared direct to eld, then transition walet to mem. Flight attendant brought crew meals to cockpit. Both I and my copilot were distraction enough to let aircraft off track over eld. Instead of intercepting 050 degree radial off eld, copilot just kept flying on same heading after passing eld. PNF had tuned mem VOR and set inbound radial R225 for intercept on walet STAR. PNF realized mistake off of the eld radial and instructed copilot to correct right. ZME asked us to verify course after we were on the radial (225-right) inbound to mem. Both of us should have been more aware and avoided distraction. No close encounters were noted but flying aircraft should be foremost and assigning duties during crew meal would have aided avoiding mistake.

Title: MLG CREW FLEW THE WRONG RADIAL OF ELD ON THE STAR INTO MEM.

Narrative: FLT FROM SAT TO MEM AT FL330 CRUISE ALT. COPLT WAS PF. CLRED DIRECT TO ELD, THEN TRANSITION WALET TO MEM. FLT ATTENDANT BROUGHT CREW MEALS TO COCKPIT. BOTH I AND MY COPLT WERE DISTR ENOUGH TO LET ACFT OFF TRACK OVER ELD. INSTEAD OF INTERCEPTING 050 DEG RADIAL OFF ELD, COPLT JUST KEPT FLYING ON SAME HDG AFTER PASSING ELD. PNF HAD TUNED MEM VOR AND SET INBOUND RADIAL R225 FOR INTERCEPT ON WALET STAR. PNF REALIZED MISTAKE OFF OF THE ELD RADIAL AND INSTRUCTED COPLT TO CORRECT RIGHT. ZME ASKED US TO VERIFY COURSE AFTER WE WERE ON THE RADIAL (225-R) INBOUND TO MEM. BOTH OF US SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE AWARE AND AVOIDED DISTR. NO CLOSE ENCOUNTERS WERE NOTED BUT FLYING ACFT SHOULD BE FOREMOST AND ASSIGNING DUTIES DURING CREW MEAL WOULD HAVE AIDED AVOIDING MISTAKE.
