Narrative:

Coming in to ord, about 10 mins out from landing, we hit wake turbulence and I was standing in galley. It threw me across the galley and my head hit the aircraft stairs. I was not unconscious or dizzy. I had a knot on the left side of my head. My supervisor took me to emergency room and I was released. 5 days later I became ill (vertigo). The doctor diagnosed my illness as post concussive syndrome resulting from a direct hit to the head. I was off work till oct/xx/96.
