Narrative:
Air carrier X inbound to dfw coming over ukw (bowii) had to be vectored off the STAR to avert a potential situation with aircraft Y, CS182, dropping parachutist at 11500 ft MSL over decatur, tx. With the inception of the metroplex plan and the rearranging of D-10 airspace, the drop zone over decatur (8f7) airport is right in the middle, arrival path over ukw bowii for dfw arrs. This is a potential hazard to both dfw aircraft and the parachutist.
