Narrative:

I was flying a visual to runway 28L at sfo. We were cleared the tipp toe visual and asked to maintain 210 KTS to bridge. I was very busy slowing and configuring at bridge. We saw that runway 28L was clear and there were no conflicts. On rollout we realized we were still on approach frequency so we had not received a clearance to land. The captain called tower by phone and they said they had cleared us to land but it was so busy that they were not sure if we had replied. They had no problems with it and were happy. This occurred on our third day of a 3 day trip and it was our last leg. We were tired and complacent.
