Narrative:

Cleared to 7000 ft (descent). Rate of descent was high, first officer was flying, I called '2 to go' and '1 to go.' first officer did not hear last call and with 200 ft to go, I said 7000 ft. He still did not acknowledge. After passing altitude, I got his immediate attention and he returned to 7000 ft after descending to 6600 ft. No conflict noted.
