Narrative:

Airworthiness sign off in logbook was a computer printout hard copy from sector maintenance, as shown to FAA inspector. Airworthiness non signed in logbook performed at different station and provided with hard copy of inspection stuck inside the logbook pages to go to next station. We took the aircraft with hard copy not signatured.
