Narrative:
For at least a yr the crossing restr given by ZLA have not conformed to the restrs published on the ziggy three arrival to ontario (ziggy.ZIGGY3 kont). The arrival is written to expect pmd at or below FL230 and majek at 15000 ft. We are always given the clearance to cross 10 mi northwest of pmd at FL240 and majek at 14000 ft. Please suggest to the appropriate authority/authorized that the ZIGGY3 arrival be changed to conform with reality.

THE ARR IS WRITTEN TO EXPECT PMD AT OR BELOW FL230 AND MAJEK AT 15000 FT. WE ARE ALWAYS GIVEN THE CLRNC TO CROSS 10 MI NW OF PMD AT FL240 AND MAJEK AT 14000 FT. PLEASE SUGGEST TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTH THAT THE ZIGGY3 ARR BE CHANGED TO CONFORM WITH REALITY.
