Narrative:

On sep/xx/96 I performed an 'a' check on aircraft using as reference job paperwork ZZZZ. I replaced main oil filters and all o-rings, then dry motored all engines to check for leaks reference job paperwork item 110 -- no leaks were noted. Plane returned to gate. After takeoff upon further investigation, found o-ring cut on #2 mail oil filter which caused loss of oil
