Narrative:

I was assigned to work the radar east position knowing that maintenance was going to be working on the radar beacon channel, and we were going to be activating cenrep plus. Cenrep plus was activated but wasn't functioning properly. Airway facilities took the radar beacon channel assuming that the cenrep plus was operating properly. While the supervisor was trying to correct the problem the video map went out. During this time of multiple equipment outages, air carrier X asked about traffic off his right. I informed the pilot that the traffic was not on my frequency and the traffic was not a factor. I feel that the equipment problems at the time eroded my performance and my ability to provide TA's in a timely manner.
