Narrative:
Flying from general fox to whiteman. I called socal approach on 120.2 when I let down over the mountain north of whiteman, I kept waiting for socal to tell me it was ok to call tower on 134.0. If they did, I did not hear them. I got busy and forgot to change frequency.
