Narrative:

Had been doing practice touch and goes at 363, wind was calm. Using runway 20. Went to airport 15G to get gas. Aircraft landing 5 mins before, had used runway 21. Windsock appeared calm. Touched down slightly long. Ground speed higher than expected. Approach speed was normal 80 KTS. Applied brakes. Skidded off end of runway (2100 ft). Wind appeared to be pushing up from the northeast. Factors include windshift, failure to execute a go around when ground speed appeared high.
