An air carrier departed runway 24 heading 250 degrees. A B767 departed runway 25 heading 250 degrees and did not turn to 220 degrees within 2 mi from runway end.

Title: DEP CTLR OBSERVES THAT A B767 OFF THE RWY 25 COMPLEX FAILED TO MAKE HIS TURN TO 220 DEG HDG WITHIN 2 NM FROM TKOF. LTSS WITH AN ACR OFF THE RWY 24 COMPLEX.
Narrative: AN ACR DEPARTED RWY 24 HDG 250 DEGS. A B767 DEPARTED RWY 25 HDG 250 DEGS AND DID NOT TURN TO 220 DEGS WITHIN 2 MI FROM RWY END.
