Narrative:
An air carrier A320 was wbound level at FL350. He advised me he had a TCASII RA that told him to descend 300 ft. The closest aircraft was an air carrier B767 eastbound at FL370. I saw B767 pass 5 mi off the right side of A320. I did not observe any altitude change by the A320.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A WBOUND A320 ADVISED ARTCC CTLR THAT HE WAS RESPONDING TO A TCASII RA AND DSNDING 300 FT. ARTCC CTLR DIDN'T HAVE ANY TFC OTHER THAN A B767 AT FL370, 5 MI TO THE L AND 2000 FT HIGHER. NO ALT CHANGE IN EITHER ACFT'S DATA BLOCK NOTED.
Narrative: AN ACR A320 WAS WBOUND LEVEL AT FL350. HE ADVISED ME HE HAD A TCASII RA THAT TOLD HIM TO DSND 300 FT. THE CLOSEST ACFT WAS AN ACR B767 EBOUND AT FL370. I SAW B767 PASS 5 MI OFF THE R SIDE OF A320. I DID NOT OBSERVE ANY ALT CHANGE BY THE A320.
