Narrative:

MEL 27-09F automatic lift dumper inoperative. I failed to perform maintenance inspection of manual lift dumpers before takeoff. Supplemental information from acn 343397: I was first officer on flight. We arrived late at okc due to a lift dumper problem at ord. This required a quick turnaround (scheduled 20 mins) to make our scheduled departure. During that time we omitted having our lift dumpers checked as per MEL 27-09 prior to our departure.

Narrative: MEL 27-09F AUTO LIFT DUMPER INOP. I FAILED TO PERFORM MAINT INSPECTION OF MANUAL LIFT DUMPERS BEFORE TKOF. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 343397: I WAS FO ON FLT.
