Narrative:

First officer mistakenly called ground for pushback clearance on operations frequency. Agent, without identing herself, said cleared to push. After pushout completed when I moved my volume control on #1 up, rno ground was calling to establish contact. Our fault, but agents at rno should be trained to realize they are not ground and we do not call them for pushback.
