Narrative:

TCASII alert/resolution to 'climb, climb.' climbed to approximately 9400 ft. Southeast cessna passed below us climbing through 8700 ft MSL. Approach later advised us the aircraft in question was talking to ZNY (carrying jumpers). We were in center airspace talking to abe approach at the time. No conflict with other traffic as a result of complying with TCASII resolution.

Narrative: TCASII ALERT/RESOLUTION TO 'CLB, CLB.' CLBED TO APPROX 9400 FT. SE CESSNA PASSED BELOW US CLBING THROUGH 8700 FT MSL. APCH LATER ADVISED US THE ACFT IN QUESTION WAS TALKING TO ZNY (CARRYING JUMPERS). WE WERE IN CTR AIRSPACE TALKING TO ABE APCH AT THE TIME. NO CONFLICT WITH OTHER TFC AS A RESULT OF COMPLYING WITH TCASII RESOLUTION.
