Narrative:
While descending into iah on the cugar 5 arrival we were given clearance to cross hoagi at 10000 ft and 250 KTS. I misread the cugar 5 arrival plate and informed copilot (who was flying) that hoagi was at 25 DME (hoagi is 35 DME). We crossed 35 DME at 10500 ft and 330 KTS.

Narrative: WHILE DSNDING INTO IAH ON THE CUGAR 5 ARR WE WERE GIVEN CLRNC TO CROSS HOAGI AT 10000 FT AND 250 KTS. I MISREAD THE CUGAR 5 ARR PLATE AND INFORMED COPLT (WHO WAS FLYING) THAT HOAGI WAS AT 25 DME (HOAGI IS 35 DME). WE CROSSED 35 DME AT 10500 FT AND 330 KTS.
