Narrative:

While descending into iah on the cugar 5 arrival we were given clearance to cross hoagi at 10000 ft and 250 KTS. I misread the cugar 5 arrival plate and informed copilot (who was flying) that hoagi was at 25 DME (hoagi is 35 DME). We crossed 35 DME at 10500 ft and 330 KTS.
