ARTCC radar controller gave fsd approach a pointout on traffic that would be traversing their airspace and received approval for the same. Approximately 5 mins later the conflict alert activated on an aircraft approach was working and the aircraft that ARTCC was working. Less than standard separation occurred.

Narrative:
Aircraft #1 controled by ZMP. Aircraft #2 controled by fsd approach. Aircraft #1 sux to mml at 7000 ft. Aircraft #2 mhe to FOD. I was talking to #1 northbound. The aircraft approach fsd airspace. I called with a pointout, they approved it, then 5 min later the conflict alert went off. Fsd called said they were turning their guy #2 to a 270 degree heading. They called me and said they referenced their traffic with my pointout. They didn't and I didn't see their traffic.

I CALLED WITH A POINTOUT, THEY APPROVED IT, THEN 5 MIN LATER THE CONFLICT ALERT WENT OFF. FSD CALLED SAID THEY WERE TURNING THEIR GUY #2 TO A 270 DEG HDG. THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THEY REFED THEIR TFC WITH MY POINTOUT. THEY DIDN'T AND I DIDN'T SEE THEIR TFC.
