Narrative:
Navigation rerte on ground on fra (frankfort) handled by ATC flight control then filed with montreal center and recorded. Because the 2 planes were so close, montreal did not read the 2ND filing fully then left the 1ST file as is. At time of said violation the 2 courses were identical. No navigation error occurred and corrected flight path maintained.

Title: NAV RERTE IN CLRNC PRIOR TO DEP. FLT PLANS VERY SIMILAR AND ONE FOREIGN CTL CTR DIDN'T SEE THE RERTE AND APPARENTLY THOUGHT FLC WAS OFF COURSE.
Narrative: NAV RERTE ON GND ON FRA (FRANKFORT) HANDLED BY ATC FLT CTL THEN FILED WITH MONTREAL CTR AND RECORDED. BECAUSE THE 2 PLANES WERE SO CLOSE, MONTREAL DID NOT READ THE 2ND FILING FULLY THEN LEFT THE 1ST FILE AS IS. AT TIME OF SAID VIOLATION THE 2 COURSES WERE IDENTICAL. NO NAV ERROR OCCURRED AND CORRECTED FLT PATH MAINTAINED.
