Narrative:
On departure from runway 25R at lax, the LAXX2 SID dictates a left turn to heading 220 degrees. We failed to make the turn because we normally depart from the north complex on runway 24L which is a straight-out departure on a heading of 250 degrees.

Title: RPTR FAILED TO TURN TO PROPER HDG AFTER TKOF ON SID. NORMALLY THIS FLC DEPARTS ANOTHER RWY WHICH HAS A STRAIGHT OUT DEP, BUT THIS DEP RWY REQUIRES A HDG TURN.
Narrative: ON DEP FROM RWY 25R AT LAX, THE LAXX2 SID DICTATES A L TURN TO HDG 220 DEGS. WE FAILED TO MAKE THE TURN BECAUSE WE NORMALLY DEPART FROM THE N COMPLEX ON RWY 24L WHICH IS A STRAIGHT-OUT DEP ON A HDG OF 250 DEGS.
