Narrative:

I was doing touch and goes at blue ash airport. On my second landing on runway 24 (after the aircraft touched down on the runway and was rolling down the runway), a gust of wind lifted the aircraft off the runway and set the aircraft onto a grass area to the left of the runway 24. I tried to steer the aircraft against the wind change while stopping the aircraft, but was unable to do so before the aircraft dropped off the cleared grassy area into a lower, rough area with taller grass and debris. As the aircraft stopped, the aircraft flipped over, nose first.
