Narrative:

During cruise at FL270, an intruder popped up on TCASII 800 ft above us and descending. Seconds later the intruder was 700 ft and descending. We received an RA to descend at 1300 FPM or greater. Executed RA to FL263 and received a clear of conflict advisory. Aircraft separation was within 300 ft on TCASII. We notified ATC of deviation and received clearance back to FL270. Intruder was an A4.

Narrative: DURING CRUISE AT FL270, AN INTRUDER POPPED UP ON TCASII 800 FT ABOVE US AND DSNDING. SECONDS LATER THE INTRUDER WAS 700 FT AND DSNDING. WE RECEIVED AN RA TO DSND AT 1300 FPM OR GREATER.
