Narrative:

BA31 holding short of the runway 12R at taxiway B. An arrival, another BA31 exited the runway early. To get him clear of other taxiing aircraft I tried to call him, but used the wrong call sign. I realized I had mistaken the call sign when the BA31 holding short of the runway began to move. I immediately instructed the BA31 to hold short of the runway which he did, but over the hold short line. Local control had given takeoff clearance to a B727, who had commenced his departure roll. I then instructed local to abort the B727 takeoff due to traffic over the hold short line. The B727 aborted and was at taxi speed approximately 1500 ft prior to the intersection at which the BA31 was across the hold short line. The B727 exited the runway at taxiway B and after a brake cooling period, departed.
