Narrative:

New routing received while holding short of runway 27L. When takeoff clearance was received only the first 2 waypoints of new route were loaded in #1 INS and only #1 NAVAID frequency was tuned to identify ditch (first waypoint). Shortly after takeoff we were cleared to intercept a different radial of the same NAVAID and then intercept and track J225 to jfk. Jfk frequency was tuned but we missed the airway by approximately 10 mi. Corrected heading and requested direct jfk.
