Narrative:

The left inspection air cycle machine panel was found bent out 90 degrees after landing from a flight from mco to pbi. Maintenance personnel failed to secure the panel after replacing the acm. It wasn't apparent that the panel wasn't secure during preflight. (I wasn't informed by the captain, who checked the maintenance book, that the air-conditioning unit was replaced and didn't give any additional attention to the unit or panel during preflight).
