Narrative:

'Tail compartment temperature high' light illuminated just after takeoff. Company procedure was accomplished, light went out, and return to msy was initiated. Aircraft was flown for approximately 30-45 mins prior to landing to prevent overweight condition. Landing was accomplished without incident. Maintenance personnel discovered a duct leak in the unpressurized tail compartment area.

Narrative: 'TAIL COMPARTMENT TEMP HIGH' LIGHT ILLUMINATED JUST AFTER TKOF. COMPANY PROC WAS ACCOMPLISHED, LIGHT WENT OUT, AND RETURN TO MSY WAS INITIATED.
