Narrative:

Were descending direct to husky and cleared to cross 15 mi out of husky at 12000 ft. On descent, omega went out (happens quite often at sunset and sunrise). We just got omega back which showed 25 mi from husky when center called and said they showed us 15 mi out and to expedite our descent. We were descending out of 14000 ft. We expedited to 12000 ft. Contributing factor: the autoplt was inoperative and our workload was very heavy on manual descent.
