Narrative:
Location: yyz. Flying the tag leg to toronto after an all nighter to ord, we encountered a situation where the field was surrounded by thunderstorms and a non precision approach was flown down to minimums. The flight took every ounce of concentration we could muster. I feel that we were on the edge of the safety margin required for flight. Please eliminate this sequence and any like it which have a tag leg after an all night flight.
