Narrative:
Takeoff roll was slow due to the soft field. I lifted the aircraft off the strip near brush, and the aircraft settled back to ground with the right wheel striking an object. The left wingtip hit the ground in a muddy swamp and the aircraft rolled up on its nose, striking the propeller.
