Narrative:
On takeoff, the departure for runway 18L calls for a turn to 165 degrees 1.7 DME after takeoff for noise abatement. The procedure is described on 3 separate pages. The captain and copilot missed one of the pages. After takeoff, I did my after takeoff checks, and when I looked up, I realized we were still on runway heading at 5 DME. After I asked the captain about it, we made the turn.
