Narrative:

I was flight engineer on flight mia-ord. Over atl, we were told by ATC to turn right to intercept J89 as filed. We noticed we were on J45 to bna. We were on auxiliary navigation, omega was loaded via ACARS in mia. The ACARS fpr showed us filed for J45 to bna, which was where the auxiliary navigation/omega was taking us. Our flight plan hard copy showed us planned for J89 through ind. I believe we were just slightly off course when ATC called. We immediately returned to J89 and continued without incident. ATC said, no problem. None of us noticed the discrepancy between our copy of the flight plan versus the ACARS fpr.
