Narrative:
Location: abq runway 17. Normal flight to landing runway 17 abq. On short final got 'don't sink' and windshear warning. Attempted escape maneuver, landed on runway centerline near touchdown zone. Able to stop on runway with hard landing. Other aircraft reported that our tail touched runway. Asked tower to have fire truck follow us and view tail. Taxi to gate and confirmed tail strike after arrival.
