Narrative:

Crew for flight to sao paulo, brazil, from jfk, met and reviewed paperwork for flight. No one (including dispatcher) noticed the NOTAM for bda that runway was closed for construction and required prior notice for opening. Aircraft was released and flew normal routing to south america. It was not until well into flight that dispatcher called and said bermuda was closed and we should have been released on a different route or ETOPS for route we flew. We have a very large amount of paperwork to review prior to flight, and all 4 of us (3 pilots and dispatcher) missed this important NOTAM.
