Narrative:

After push back from gate, normal engine start and began taxi. Captain elected to use taxiway directly behind gate, taxiway D, which is restr to aircraft below 70000 pounds. By the time I told him about this restr he did not stop fast enough and we were committed to continue taxiing on taxiway D. This taxiway should always be briefed, especially when parked at gate. Also had I stopped the aircraft, we could have avoided this problem.
