Narrative:
On XA00 shift, I found a worn brake assembly on a #2 service check. Second mechanic and myself changed the brake in accordance with maintenance manual. All appeared normal. A few days later, I was informed by my supervisor in YYY, the brake was found to be 1 bolt hole off in counter clockwise position. This was found on another #2 service check by a mechanic in ordmm.

Title: ACR MECH MAKES INCORRECT BRAKE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION. MAINT PROC POLICY ACTIVITY.
Narrative: ON XA00 SHIFT, I FOUND A WORN BRAKE ASSEMBLY ON A #2 SVC CHK. SECOND MECH AND MYSELF CHANGED THE BRAKE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MAINT MANUAL. ALL APPEARED NORMAL.
