Narrative:

A thunderstorm was moving across the area. LLWAS was not reporting boundaries, so it was called OTS and the mcc notified. There were delays because of the thunderstorm passing over the area. After storm passage, we were landing to the north. Wind was issued from ctrfield wind indicator. Incident occurred without knowledge of dal tower. Air carrier X did not report anything unusual to us. Incident was unknown throughout the duration of my shift (XX00 local). Ro reported to dal, the event, about XA15. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that until the facility was notified by the regional office, they were unaware of the runway excursion by the landing air carrier. Reporter said that she learned the aircraft left gear went off the runway after landing and the left engine struck some runway lights and damaged the engine. Reporter stated that no comments were received from the flight crew about the landing or of any windshear affecting the landing.
