Narrative:

I was returning from fly-in at horn point, md. I was in contact with andrews approach. I was informed airspace 5 mi around was closed. I believed that I could land without going into their airspace. When I landed, I was told that the airport, W32, was notamed closed. When I called for the WX earlier that day, I was not told about the NOTAM and I did not ask. When I landed, the manager told me that andrews had called and they were upset. I talked to andrews approach from over the chesapeake bay till I landed at W32. I was not told it was closed. This does not absolve me or responsibility.
