Narrative:
Downwind, put wheel lever down but did not check lights. Magic (gear circuit breaker for extension) hand was off because I had been doing practice ILS approachs the day before. Planned to land long which I did with wheels up. Bent propeller damaged belly of small aircraft. Found circuit breaker open as cause of wheels up landing and of course my not checking lights.

Narrative: DOWNWIND, PUT WHEEL LEVER DOWN BUT DID NOT CHK LIGHTS. MAGIC (GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR EXTENSION) HAND WAS OFF BECAUSE I HAD BEEN DOING PRACTICE ILS APCHS THE DAY BEFORE.
