Narrative:

Proceeding direct dqn VOR along 198 degree radial to join dqn transition of mizar arrival to dtw. While over dqn VOR, multiple cockpit distrs including flight attendant in cockpit requesting a call in to company for special passenger needs upon destination arrival, and ACARS message for crew member random drug test on arrival. Plus crew fatigue after 2 early departure days in a row with little sleep (usual hotel problems) resulted in flying over VOR and out the 018 degree radial till approximately 25 NM. Center controller called and directed 30 degree left turn to join arrival. Rejoined arrival with no further incident.
