Narrative:

Accepted aircraft at jfk, for flight assignment. Scheduled for flight jfk-dtw, and dtw-stl on aircraft logbook contained two open items: 1) PA volume weak and 2) spoiler circuit breaker popped out. Erroneously departed without maintenance sign off of logbook items. Both flts otherwise uneventful.
