Narrative:

Filed and assigned the bangr 1 departure from sea. Company had warned via bulletin that some FMS software does not match filed flight plans. As student on IOE, I did check filed route versus FMS route and both checked out as routed over tatoosh. After airborne the computer routed us bangr direct to laire, by-passing tatoosh. Controller inquired as to filed/cleared routing, and then cleared us direct to tatoosh. Event could have been avoided by being more familiar with flight plan and routing and not relying 100 percent on FMS.
