Narrative:

The ACARS clearance for flight abc from iad to dfw gave a clearance altitude of 10000 ft and the departure frequencys and transponder code for flight xyz from dfw to iad. The flight plan, tps, and omega upload was for flight abc. The load closeout was for flight abc. We did not receive the flight plan information, changeover or connecting gates through ACARS. The only tps we could receive was for dfw. I contacted dispatch and she could not correct the ACARS information by resetting the computer. This is the first occasion that an ACARS clearance has been wrong, but I have had 3 previous occasions where the tps information was not for the airport that I was departing from. These sits are incidents waiting to happen and the ACARS system needs to be corrected.
