Narrative:

During takeoff pbi autothrottle overshot desired computed N1 of 90.6 percent throttles brought back to computed N1. However, engine #1 egt continued into overtemp range peak 945 degree C at 7 sel outside air temperature 74 degree F. Abnormal procedure for engine overtemp complied with. Engine operated normal remainder of flight and all indications remained normal. Complied with all company and aircraft procedures checklists.
