Narrative:
Foreign language passenger briefing before takeoff. Location: la romana, dominican republic. The spanish PA to the passenger was interrupted so that I could make the prepare for takeoff PA to the flight attendants. They informed me that it is required for them to make the spanish PA before takeoff. I told them that my part 1 read otherwise. They told me that is what they are taught at the learning center.

THE SPANISH PA TO THE PAX WAS INTERRUPTED SO THAT I COULD MAKE THE PREPARE FOR TKOF PA TO THE FLT ATTENDANTS. THEY INFORMED ME THAT IT IS REQUIRED FOR THEM TO MAKE THE SPANISH PA BEFORE TKOF. I TOLD THEM THAT MY PART 1 READ OTHERWISE. THEY TOLD ME THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE TAUGHT AT THE LEARNING CTR.
