Narrative:

In cruise from lex to stl, routing was from lex to iiu to pxv, then on to stl. After crossing iiu VOR, I dialed in the wrong VOR frequency -- 113.6 instead of 113.3 (pxv) and was north of course as a result. Approach control inquired and I corrected. I should have double-checked the frequency.
