Narrative:

Company flight plan forecast showed mead 1 departure. Picked up pre departure clearance on very short turn and briefed mead 1. On takeoff and switching to departure control, was asked if we were in right turn. Said yes and controller asked if tower gave us right turn. Didn't remember anything except 'cleared for takeoff.' upon rechking pre departure clearance, saw that departure had been changed to oasis 1 departure. Was wondering how we could go direct gfd when not on mead 1 SID. Pre departure clearance's need to show changes more clearly or eliminate previous clrncs totally to help avoid confusion. More attention should be paid by crews even with heavy workloads.
